Starting with the spring 2025 season, all players must register through the Sports Connect central registration system. and upload the MEDICAL RELEASE FORM:  Available HERE  *Complete the form prior to beginning the registration process for easy upload.*

Additionally, residents, upon request, must be able to provide the below documentation if Little League requires the WBA to produce it. You may upload it at the time of registration OR have it available in the event that it is needed.

PROOF OF RESIDENCY: Please see the attached list of acceptable documents, containing the full residence of parent(s) or legal guardian(s) dated between February 1 of the previous year and February 1 of the current year: LL Residency Requirements (Players in preschool, private school, or who are homeschooled do not need to complete the form.)

PROOF OF SCHOOL ENROLLMENT: The school enrollment form is only required to be completed once during the participant's career, unless school enrollment changes: School Enrollment Form  League ID# 151139  Playing Levels PW7 & PW8: Please hand write the level in that section.
